Varna hosts the second children's beach soccer tournament

The beach in the Varna district of 'Asparuhovo' hosted the second tournament in the beach soccer series, organized by the Bulgarian Youth Association for Beach Sports and the Zonal Council of the BFU, with the support of the Municipality of Varna.

The competition featured young footballers born in 2016, representing the youth academies of PFC 'Cherno More' (under the leadership of Mikhail Venkov), as well as teams from FC 'Yunak' (Valeri Tselov) and FC 'Dinamo 2021' (Valentin Velinov).

The match was played in a 5+1 format, with each half lasting 10 minutes. Despite the high temperatures, the participants demonstrated high energy and technical skills on the sand.

The tournament aimed to encourage young athletes, with all participants receiving medals and specialized beach soccer balls. The greatest success in scoring was achieved by Kaloyan Gitsov from the 'sailors' academy, who became the top scorer with seven goals.
