Unexpected Turn in Trump's Journey: US President Left Turkey with an Older Aircraft

US President Donald Trump made an unexpected change to his schedule during his official visit to Turkey. Instead of using the newly renovated Air Force One aircraft, provided via a donation from Qatar, he chose to depart on an older model of the presidential plane.

According to available information, the new aircraft delivered the president to Turkey, but upon his return, Trump decided to use the older light blue plane. On the social network Truth Social, the president explained his decision as a desire to enjoy the "good old times," adding that the new plane will make a stop at the same military base so that American soldiers there can see it.

However, the choice did not go unnoticed by experts. The modernization of the aircraft from Qatar was completed so quickly that concerns are being expressed regarding its technical security compared to the older, proven model. At the same time, the new aircraft is already facing criticism for being overly luxurious and serving only as a temporary solution.

Although questions were raised in Ankara as to whether the decision was dictated by potential security threats, Trump did not give a direct answer, although he acknowledged the existence of potential risks. The president is expected to return to the new Air Force One during his stay in the United Kingdom, before the final flight to Washington.
