Tragedy in Brazil: Popular Influencer and Her Boyfriend Found Dead – Drug Trafficking Versions Under Investigation

A tragic incident has shaken the Brazilian community after 30-year-old influencer and artist Ulissias Marceli was found dead along with her 28-year-old boyfriend, Vinicius Souza de Carvalho.

The two bodies were found on July 18 by a worker in a rural area near the city of Porto Seguro, located in the state of Bahia. According to official data from the Civil Police in Brazil, both had been shot fatally.

Initial investigations by detectives suggest that the victims were likely held against their will before the execution. One of the leading theories from authorities is that the crime may be directly linked to drug trafficking or distribution activities in the region.

Marceli's death has triggered a wave of grief among her followers and colleagues. She was well known on social media for her specific gothic aesthetic and had over 20,000 followers on Instagram. Marceli had planned to participate as a host for the Rock Gaya music festival, which is set to take place on July 25.

The event organizers expressed deep sadness in an official statement, emphasizing the suddenness of the loss. Ulissias Marceli leaves behind a 13-year-old son.
