Technical failure stops the Sofia – Burgas express train at Iskarsko Shose station

The evening journey to the seaside became a challenge for the passengers of express train No. 3625, traveling on the Sofia – Burgas line. The train's locomotive suffered a technical failure, which forced the train to stop at Iskarsko Shose station.

According to available information, the incident caused a delay in the schedule. The train deviated from its planned time and departed from the site of the failure with a 36-minute delay, at 17:43. Despite the interruption, the train is expected to reach its final stop in Burgas, albeit after the planned arrival at 22:40.

The specifics of the technical accident and the exact reasons for the locomotive failure have not yet been officially confirmed.
