What does this mean for the regional situation?
The resignation of the government in Kyiv paves the way for political reorganization at a key moment in the war. For Bulgaria and the EU, this is an event of potentially great significance, as the stability of the Ukrainian executive branch is critical for the coordination of international aid, economic security in the Black Sea, and the pace of the country's integration into European institutions.
