More than 4,600 citizens activated the "eHealth" mobile application in one week

Nearly 4,600 citizens successfully activated their "eHealth" mobile application over the past week (July 27 – August 1). The profile pairing process was carried out with the support of the Regional Health Inspectorates (RHI), the Regional Health Insurance Funds (RHIF), and the offices of "Information Services" AD.

This initiative is part of the Ministry of Health's measures to ensure direct and easy access for the population to their electronic health records.

Fieldwork organization

Since July 29, the regional health inspectorates have been implementing a permanent organization for mobile pairing. RHI teams provide assistance not only in the inspectorate buildings but also in the field – in municipalities, state institutions, and public places.

Over the past week, the highest activity in profile pairing was recorded by the inspectorates in Ruse, Smolyan, and Pazardzhik. According to the provided data, citizen mobility continues to grow, with over 1,000 new activations registered in a single day.
