Magomed Zainaukov's UFC Debut: "I am ready to impress the organization"

After almost a year of waiting, one of the biggest talents in the MMA lightweight division, Magomed Zainaukov, will finally make his UFC debut. The Russian fighter will step into the Octagon over the weekend during the Abu Dhabi event.

In an interview with Red Corner MMA, 26-year-old Zainaukov shared his emotions regarding the upcoming fight. According to him, this moment is the result of long and hard work.

"I have waited for this fight for so long. I have finally been given this opportunity," the fighter stated candidly. He emphasized that he has prepared to the maximum to justify the high expectations placed on him as one of the most promising fighters from the Caucasus.

"I gave everything of myself to get here. I will strive to win and to do it convincingly. I am ready for any opponent, as I train with the best in the world," he added.

In his debut bout in Abu Dhabi, Zainaukov will face Poland's Damian Zepecki. Success in this match would provide the Russian fighter with a serious advantage and a rapid ascent into the top rankings of the lightweight division.
