The ATP Tour season continues with intense competitions, as tennis fans' attention is focused on two main tournaments: the Millennium Estoril Open in Portugal and the Generali Open in Austria.

Focus on Estoril: Rublev and New Stars

Interesting clashes are expected in Portugal, as Andrey Rublev and Luciano Darderi are the top seeds. Interestingly, the two faced each other in the final in Bosta, making a potential new meeting between them in Estoril extremely likely.

The tournament will also be an arena for rising talents. Spaniard Daniel Merida, who recently won his first title in Umag, comes with great momentum. Also, attention will be focused on Belgian Alexander Blocks, whose ranking in the Top 40 of the world rankings is proof of his rapid rise during the season.

One of the most emotional moments in Estoril could be the participation of Stan Wawrinka. The 2015 Roland Garros champion will play in the last clay tournaments of the season before officially announcing the end of his legendary career.

Kitzbühel: Bublik Defends His Title

In Austria, the main figure is Alexander Bublik. The Kazakhstani player, who dominated this tournament last year, is attempting to defend his title and add his tenth trophy to his collection. His main competition will be Arthur Rinderknech – the Frenchman chasing his first ATP-level title.

Curiously, the draw in Kitzbühel could lead to an interesting clash between cousins Valentin Vacherot and Rinderknech, if they meet in the semifinals. Additionally, the tournament will offer a meeting between two former champions as early as the first round – Sebastian Baez and Miomir Kecmanovic.

The local crowd will also support the young Austrian Joel Schwärzler, who is striving to make a breakthrough in front of the home stands.
