The town of Karlovo has become a center for cultural events dedicated to one of the most significant chapters in Bulgarian history. On the occasion of the upcoming 150th anniversary of the April Uprising, two new exhibitions were opened, uniting history and young art.

The photo-documentary exhibition "The Rebellious Assault of Koprivshtitsa" was opened at the Historical Museum in Karlovo. The exposition, presented by Rayna Pacheva, Director of the "The Museums – Koprivshtitsa" Directorate, includes 20 information panels. It tells the story of the role and contribution of key participants in Koprivshtitsa during the uprising in 1876. The official opening was performed by the Deputy Mayor of Karlovo Municipality, Anton Minev.

The second cultural highlight is located in the foyer of the Ritual House. There, students from class XIa at the "Vasil Levski" High School are presenting posters that combine visual art and poetry. The exhibition includes autobiographical stories and poems dedicated to the Apostle, among which the works of Lyuben Karavelov, Damyan Damyanov, Blaga Dimitrova, and Aleksandar Kalchev stand out.
