Important Deadlines for Farmers: Documents for Eco-schemes and Fruit Intervention Must Be Submitted by July 31
Farmers must pay attention to the upcoming administrative deadlines related to proving compliance with the conditions for receiving direct payments. July 31, 2026, inclusive, is the deadline for submitting electronic forms in the Electronic Management System (SEU).
The deadline covers three main areas:
- The eco-scheme for preserving and restoring soil potential (Eco-SZPP);
- The eco-scheme for extensive maintenance of permanent grassland (Eco-PZP);
- The intervention for supporting fruit growers (IP).
Specific requirements for fruit growers
Fruit growers applying under the fruit intervention are required to complete an electronic form in the SEU, in which they must clearly indicate whether their declared permanent plantings have reached the fruiting stage.
Procedure and required documents
All completed forms must be signed by a competent specialist, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 3 of March 10, 2023. A scanned copy of the diploma of the specialist who performed the verification must also be attached to the documents.
The submission of documentation is carried out entirely electronically through the SEU. To assist farmers in the technical process, the State Fund "Agriculture" has prepared detailed video instructions, which are available on the fund's official YouTube channel. They show step-by-step how to fill out and send the relevant forms.
