European Auteur Cinema in Karlovy Vary: The Jubilee 60th Edition and Bulgarian Accents

The jubilee 60th edition of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival confirmed its status as one of the most significant platforms for European auteur cinema. The festival, which combines deep tradition with the discovery of new voices, has become a space for dialogue, far from the commercial pressure of large industrial forums.

This year, a clear presence of directors from Central and Eastern Europe was noted in the program.
