Escalation in Southern Syria: Israeli Military Units Conduct Series of Incursions into Quneitra Province

The Syrian state agency SANA reported a series of military maneuvers by Israeli units in Quneitra province over the past two days. According to official data, Israeli military vehicles entered the Al-Samdania ash-Sharqiya area, where they established a temporary checkpoint to inspect passersby.

In addition to ground incursions, artillery activity was reported in the Al-Hamidiya area, where Israeli forces used mortar shells and smoke grenades. Currently, there is no information regarding casualties or injuries resulting from these incidents.

The previous evening, movement of six Israeli military vehicles was recorded around the Kudna dam, accompanied by drone activity. Following the maneuvers, the units withdrew from the area.
