Big Chance for Bogdan Guskov: Uzbek Fighter to Face Magomed Ankalaev at UFC Abu Dhabi

The mixed martial arts community is surprised by the change in the main event of the upcoming UFC Fight Night in Abu Dhabi. Bogdan Guskov, the leading fighter from Uzbekistan and currently ranked number 10 in the light heavyweight division, will face former champion Magomed Ankalaev.

Ankalaev's original opponent, American fighter Khalil Rountree Jr., was forced to withdraw from the bout due to injury. The UFC organization reacted immediately, offering Guskov as a replacement, which provides him with the opportunity for his first main event bout in the promotion.

Guskov's statistics are impressive – he has 18 wins, 18 of which were achieved via finish. Particularly impressive is that 13 of these victories were won in the very first round. The clash in the light heavyweight division is expected to be one of the most spectacular moments of the night.

The UFC Fight Night gala will take place on July 25 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
