New Appointment at NKI: 'There Is Such a People' Cadre Takes Post on the Board of Directors

In the administration of 'Progressive Bulgaria', appointments of personnel linked to the 'There Is Such a People' party continue. The latest name to take a high position is lawyer Zlatomira Mostrova, who has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the National Company 'Railway Infrastructure' (NKI).

According to information reported by 'Sega', the order from Transport Minister Georgi Peev for the appointment of Mostrova and the new General Director of NKI, Krasimir Shopov, dates back to July 16. Although the news of the new director was announced days ago, Mostrova's appointment was not communicated in the same manner.

Zlatomira Mostrova is a lawyer, a member of the Burgas Bar Association, and the creator of the information portal Burgas.info. She has served three times as a deputy in the National Assembly representing ITN. In the past, she drew public attention with a video message to President Rumen Radev and Vice President Iliana Yotova.

Mostrova's appointment fits into a broader trend of ITN personnel presence in key institutions and ministries. A few days ago, it became clear that former Parliament Speaker Ivay Mitewa will take the post of Deputy Minister of Transport. Other party representatives hold positions in the 'Progressive Bulgaria' cabinet, including Agriculture Minister Plamen Abrovski and Minister of Foreign Affairs Velislava Petrova.

In addition to ministries, ITN personnel have been noted in other state structures – Kameliya Neykova is the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, and Nikoleta Kuzmanova holds a post in the office of the Speaker of the National Assembly.
