Need for Personnel in Manufacturing
As of August 3, 2026, the Labor Office in Kardzhali is offering 99 vacant job positions. The majority of them – 81 positions – are for candidates with secondary or primary education, while 18 positions are intended for specialists with higher education.
In the manufacturing sector, there is the highest demand for machine operators in garment production, for which 24 positions have been announced. Another significant need is in the production of rubber products, where 20 operators are being sought. Additionally, the exchange lists 14 quality controllers, 10 autoclave operators, and five personal assistants.
Higher Education and Specialized Personnel
In the category for employees with higher education, 18 specialists are being sought. Among them are doctors, accountants, and a labor and wages specialist. A significant emphasis is placed on the education sector, with searches for teachers of mathematics, physics, information technology, English language, and vocational training.
