Chief Commissioner Svetoslav Grigorov has been appointed as the acting director of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Vidin. The decision was made by order of the Minister of Interior.
The presentation of the new leader to the directorate's staff was conducted by the acting Secretary General of the Ministry of Interior, Chief Commissioner Lyubomir Nikolov.
Message to the Employees
In his address to the management staff of the regional directorate and district administrations, Chief Commissioner Grigorov emphasized the need for law enforcement and professional responsibility. "No one is above the state and no one is greater than the law. I want this message to reach every single employee. We must work responsibly, with dignity and motivation," the new director stated.
Personnel Changes in the Directorate
The former director, Chief Commissioner Miroslav Milkov, thanked his colleagues for their collaborative work. Following his departure from the position of director, he will continue to serve in the regional directorate in Vidin as deputy director.
Professional Profile of Svetoslav Grigorov
Chief Commissioner Svetoslav Grigorov was born in 1981 in Sofia and graduated from South-West University "Neofit Rilski" in Blagoevgrad. He began his career within the Ministry of Interior structure in 2002.

Over the years, Grigorov has held various executive and leadership positions in the capital, as well as in the regional directorates of Sofia, Pernik, and Kyustendil. He has been repeatedly awarded for professional achievements and is a member of the Association of Police Chiefs.
