Triumph for Martin Bonev in Sofia
The 17-year-old Bulgarian tennis player Martin Bonev won his first title from the World Tennis Tour Juniors series after defeating Swiss player Lukas Mörlen in the final of the J30 category tournament in Sofia. Bonev dominated the match with a score of 6:1, 6:1.
The Dimitrovgrad native's path to the title was characterized by exceptional stability – he achieved six consecutive victories, losing only two sets throughout the entire tournament. Marin Abadzhiev and Dimitar Topchiyski finished in third place in the boys' singles.
Successes and finals in the girls' category
In the girls' category, Andreya Glushkova achieved two notable rankings. In the individual championship (singles), she finished in second place after losing the final to Romanian Patricia Cruciat with 5:7, 3:6. Another Bulgarian, Melani Stoichkova, took third place in this category.
In the doubles competition, Andreya Glushkova and Elena Papadopulu won silver medals after a contested final against Romanians Alexia Maria Brabete and Teodora Petre. The match ended with a score of 6:7(1), 6:1, 7:10 in favor of Brabete and Petre. In the third-place group for doubles, Aleksandra Momchilova, Melani Stoichkova, Zara Mineva, and Radostina Shopova (Great Britain) finished.
Boys' doubles results
In the boys' doubles final, the Italian duo Vittorio Gillerio and Diego Mazza won the title, defeating their compatriots Alberto Nicolini and Paolo Mangante with 6:3, 6:4. Bulgarian tennis player Dimitar Topchiyski finished in third place in this discipline.

The award ceremony for the winners was conducted by representatives of the Bulgarian Tennis Federation: Honorary President Stefan Tsvetkov, Vice President Rangel Markov, Tournament Manager Svoboda Markova, Tournament Director Grigor Kostov, and Chief Umpire Milena Kotseva.
