The traditional flavors of the Kazanlak region have entered the official culinary list of the region through the new publication "Culinary Catalog of the Rose Valley." The project, initiated by the Kazanlak Municipality, aims to preserve and promote authentic recipes passed down from generation to generation.
Local community centers (chitalishta) were actively involved in creating the catalog, providing their unique culinary treasures. During a meeting with representatives of the community centers, held by Deputy Mayor Srebra Kaseva, the initial successes of the publication and its future possibilities were discussed.
One of the most significant highlights is the growing interest in the catalog beyond the country's borders. Representatives of the cultural institutions proposed that the publication be translated into English, which would turn the book into a true ambassador of Bulgarian cuisine on a global scale.
