The Bulgarian Consulate General in Valencia has announced the dates for mobile consular days in the town of Santanyí, located on the island of Mallorca. The initiative aims to facilitate access to administrative and consular services for Bulgarian citizens residing in the region.
Schedule and Location
The consular days will take place on August 8 (from 09:00 to 17:00) and August 9 (from 09:00 to 13:00) local time. The location is at the address: Carrer Bernat Vidal i Tomàs 72, 07650 Santanyí, Islas Baleares.
Available Services
During the visit, applications can be submitted for:
- ID cards and passports;
- Notary certifications of powers of attorney;
- Certificates, attestations, and copies of civil status acts (for events after 2000);
- Registration of birth, marriage, and death;
- Authentication of a translator's signature on a private document.
Important Instructions for Citizens
Appointments must be made exclusively via email at the address: consulvlc@mfa.bg. The inquiry must include the applicant's three names, EGN (Personal Identification Number), contact phone number, and the type of service required. The diplomatic mission emphasizes that appointments via telephone will not be accepted, and incomplete requests will not be processed.
Citizens expecting ready documents can send requests to the same email address until August 6. A meeting with Consul General Iliyan Iliev will also be possible for consultations on various matters.
