The town of Chepelare is preparing to host the first edition of Ex Ante Fest – an innovative festival dedicated to education, science, and modern technologies. The event will take place from July 24 to 26 in the Municipal City Park.
The festival aims to create a platform for dialogue between teachers, lecturers, parents, and students. The program is diverse and includes not only academic lectures and discussions but also practical workshops, creative sessions, and musical performances. Admission to all events is free.
Event Program:
- July 24 (Friday): The official opening will begin at 18:00 with a welcome meeting and informal networking. The evening will conclude with a music party featuring Denitza.
- July 25 (Saturday): The main day focused on knowledge. Lectures will be held on topics such as mathematics education (featuring experts from Khan Academy and Donka Doycheva-Popova), the principles of the Universe, and financial literacy for children. The day will be concluded by a concert from the Academic Jazz Band of AMTIY – Plovdiv.
- July 26 (Sunday): Closing of the festival with a lecture titled "A Guide to Possible Parenting," presented by Pavlina Petrova and the Ole Malé Foundation.
During the three days, visitors will be able to explore thematic booths from organizations such as the Ole Malé Foundation, OP34 Studio, and the STEM team "Mountain Sharks." The festival promises to be a valuable space for the exchange of ideas and inspiration for future generations.
